Valentine's Day And The Subtle Language Of Flowers

Valentines holiday is approaching and it is time to choose the gift that you will offer to your sweetie. Flowers are certainly among the most popular gifts for a man to give to a woman on Valentine's Day. On the other hand they rarely give other flowers as red roses as they commonly think they are the only sort of flowers that meet the significance of Valentine's Day. You have to know that over the ages, people assigned certain symbols to flowers; which provides you with the opportunity to make your gift even more special.
Modesty could prevent you to reveal your love to your sweetie, avoid this problem by giving her a bunch of may; which stands for the hopes of a timid heart : "You're the only woman of my thoughts. Would your answer meet my wishes...?" Or you can help yourself by giving multi-coloured pansies so that she will learn that your heart is devoted to her.
If it is the moment to reveal your feelings to the lady who dominates your mind day and night, you will be opting for a bunch of white carnations or white gardenia as these flowers are associated with the notion of secret. Alternatively, azalea or blueberries are a great way to say "I dare to reveal my love" as well; while multi-coloured tulips are the serment of a sincere love.

Actually, flowers are so popular that, many men give flowers in addition to other gifts like a cuddly, adorable teddy bear, a box of Belgian chocolates or some delicious, hand-dipped, chocolate covered cherries. As you can see, there is an infinite number of feelings that can be expressed through the language of the flowers. The puzzling problem is to select the right one.
